Are you thinking about getting into the Real Estate market in Tennessee but are worried about those much-discussed increases in foreclosure rates? Don’t be. Real Estate agents and brokers work like stock brokers. You make money when your clients buy or sell. And every house on the market will be sold once prices have dropped to the correct level. To take part in this coming bonanza, though, you have to be ready with your Tennessee Real Estate license in hand.
Passing the Tennessee Real Estate license exam is not easy, however. Between 55 and 75 percent of all examinees fail on their first attempt. Make sure you belong to that successful minority by preparing with the self-paced online Amelox College Tutor.
Our interactive program is easy to use, as you can see for yourself by trying the Real-Life Interactive Demonstration on our Web site. You can proceed at your own pace, and when you miss an answer, the correct answer is accompanied by an explanation. You can also get an explanation with a click of your mouse if you got it correct by guessing. And when you review the topic, the program will show you only those questions that you missed, so you don't have to go through the whole series.

Tennessee divides its Real Estate licenses into three parts: Sales Assistant, Agent, and Broker. The difference lies in the number of courses one has to pass. The Sales Assistant designation usually requires the passing of one course, often called the Tennessee Real Estate Principles course. It is akin to the one used by Timeshare sales people. If you ever went to one of their presentations, they are the ones that tell you all about the property, but when it comes to the money part they will never give you the price because they have to call in a broker -- by law. The Sales Agent (Agent) designation requires one or two additional courses, typically Legal Aspects and Real Estate Practices. The self-paced online Amelox College Tutor for Real Estate Agent covers both of these subjects in the same program.
No school or traveling seminar can claim that they have all their answers tailored just for you. It is not possible. Also, do not be misled by cleverly worded ads that appear to promise that an applicant can take the state exam at the school or over the Internet. Those are just summaries, akin to finals. All applicants must appear in person at a state testing center for the exam. However, with our college level, self-paced online interactive and student directed professional Tennessee Real Estate license preparation program you can pass Tennessee's state exam on the first try because we went further than most classes and textbooks.
We added these additional Topics: Legal Aspects and R.E. Practices because they are required, plus Community Property and Title Insurance for your appreciation of what other states do. The first two Topics are taught in later courses to make your license permanent but some sneak into the basic license exam to keep the pass rate at a 35% to 50% ratio. You will be prepared!
You will find math review questions dealing with financing and commissions and a special section for appraisals. These math problems (with some companies you have to pay extra) have been carefully worked out in detail and are displayed for you. Nothing is left to guesswork. A short math primer was also added.
Another special feature is our Readiness Meter, which can tell you with far more accuracy than averaging whether you're ready to take the exam. The Readiness Meter is only one of many extras featured in the College Tutor. We give you everything you need to be thoroughly prepared for your launch into the exciting world of Real Estate.
