Tutors are available online. For Real Estate programs the user selects during program registration a specific state, DC, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Your selection can be different from your home state. Users have 170 days from date of registration to complete their studies. 170 days covers a whole semester plus about 6 weeks of additional practice sessions for a state exam.
