Real Estate, 2008-03-28 05:08:27: How to find a contractor you'll love
One upside to the popped real estate bubble is that hiring contractors has suddenly become a lot easier. Income Property Evaluation

Amelox has created a sophisticated spreadsheet program that runs in Window’s Excel, or Corel’s Quattro Pro.  It organizes all the numbers so you do not forget anything important.
Most importantly, you are presented with three rows of Discounted Return-On-Investment (DROI) figures that bring your various income property evaluations on equal footings for fair comparisons.  We also did not forget to compare it against secure Government Bonds.
This program does the work only a seasoned CPA would undertake.  On the open market it is worth many times what you are paying for your Broker Tutor.  However, as our valued customer it is free to you.  Grab it while it lasts!

Our belief in thorough explanations is especially important if you are preparing for the difficult loan officer license exam. We provide you with a math primer and complete explanations of how correct answers were derived. Being told that the right answer is C won’t help much if you don’t know why!

For all of our 1,000 practice questions we provide you with not just an answer, but with detailed explanations.  All math problems are worked out line-by-line, nothing is left to guesswork.  You are dealing with acreage, financing and commissions, with a special section for appraisals.  A short math primer was added — just in case.

Many states require that anybody dealing with the mortgage loan part of Real Estate transactions must have a license by the Div. of Banking & Insurance, or the Dept. of Real Estate.  But that does not mean that you work as a bank teller counting money and smiling sweetly at customers.   Sometimes these agencies do not require that a specific course be completed.  However, they still want you to pass a test.
You may purchase from the department a booklet that covers the required details.  But note:  It is not a textbook and it does not train you for the difficult mathematics portion.  We recommend, though, that you order it because it may contain material not covered in the College Tutor.
Of course, you should know something about Real Estate as well.  That is why we give you additional questions pertaining to Real Estate for well-rounded training.  Should you later switch to Real Estate you are ahead of the game.

No school or traveling seminar can claim that they have all their answers tailored just for you. It is not possible.  Also, do not be misled by cleverly worded ads that appear to promise that an applicant can take the state exam at the school or over their Internet.  Those are just summaries, akin to finals.  All applicants must appear in person at a state testing center for the exam.  However, with our college level, online interactive and student-directed Loan Officer license preparation tutor you can pass your state exam on your first try because we went further than most classes and textbooks.

To top it all off, we also made sure that you will know when you are ready for your class final or state exam by watching our unique success indicating Readiness Meter.  This meter does not use the grade averaging method used by schools; it would not be applicable.

A good time saver is to study correctly. We recommend that you look over our Study Guide.  It has tips for really effective studying that most people are not aware of.  If you have kids in school or college — this is a must read.

You become the elite!  You deal with financial calculations that agents and brokers usually shy away from.  But you thrive on it.  Our self-paced online College Tutor for Real Estate loan officer will indulge you.  We present math problems with detailed workouts for general Real Estate, financial-, and appraisal math.  Only the previously missed questions are offered for an efficient re-take.  Our competitors charge extra for this.  Read more
